I know I post a lot of physical fitness, but I think it's just as important to work on spiritual fitness as well. - Today Ive been praying. A lot. Praying about a lot of different things - long and hard and with tears. But with tears there was grace. With the grace came peace and breakthrough. Breakthrough is a funny thing. We talk about it as if it’s a tangible thing to attain, grasp, find, etc. And sometimes I think we misunderstand #progress or opportunity as breakthrough, but I believe true breakthrough isn’t something we can get on our own. I believe it’s something we receive when we’re ready; it’s a gift. We receive it in submission through humility. We have to admit our need for God, entrust our plans to Him, and be willing to walk out whatever #faith steps He asks us for next. It can be scary, but over time, you’ll learn that God is always gentle, always good, and anything He has for you is better than anything you could have come up with on your own, and He will do greater things through you than you could have done before trusting Him. - My breakthrough? Today I was given a new confidence. It’s a brave, trusting, and courageous confidence. And it’s full of joy and peace. I have been hesitating to really embrace this shift in my "fitness career", but it’s time. You’re going to be seeing a new, transparent testimony as I walk this out. 😇 - I’m working on a website. That’s right! I get a lot about my insight on faith in the fitness industry so I'm putting my interactive graphic and life coaching skills to use! I'm creating an actual website where you can go and ask the questions and get feedback on things like nutrition, faith, and fitness. - I believe that God gave me everything I need to help others and it's about time I do more than post a picture with a caption each day. Stay tuned; God's moving mountains in my life and I'm excited to see how the ripples affect yours 💟 - "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." 2 COR 9:8 by malloryming_bikini
